Every interaction we have had with NewQuest staff has been positive and completely professional. Even though we are a small business and relatively low-value customer, they always treat any issue we have with the highest priority. I'm very pleased with their service.

We were in a bind after the storm of June 23. Website had failed and we unable to get it back up ourselves. Jim came to the office and resolved the issue.

Overall good service, however when a problem is reported, the results could be communicated a little better. Especially why you think the problem occurred. The news is constantly reporting companies being hacked, and we are always concerned if the problem was an attempt to get into our computer system.
